Delphi MyFi

A multimedia information system embedded in a concept car. MyFi connects the driver to integrated navigation, communication, entertainment, and safety systems. The product features three screens with redundant information for easy control by either the driver or front passenger. Two driver-side screens are operated by steering wheel controls in addition a large touch screen is embedded in the center console.

Two screens in front of the driver show the most important information: mainly safety, mechanical, and brief navigation directions.

Less important info is faded or disappears during emergencies.

The touch screen in the center console can be operated anytime by the front passenger or by the driver while in park.

The project was displayed at the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show, as well as featured by Wired Magazine and Consumer Reports.
